Census of 1870 shows W. L. Reeves age 56 making him born in
1814. Most other records found show him born in 1804.
I have an original court document from Gibson County, Tennessee
dated November 9th, 1842 that lists William E. Reeves, W. S.
(L) Reeves and John Rooker as witnesses. This proves that some
of the children of Willis Reeves were in west Tennessee much
earlier than previously thought.

Note: Some records list her name as Ann Garland Thompson. She may
have been married early then divorced or widowed. The Gibson
County marriage records show that Thomas G Taylor married Ann T
Reeves on 12-14-1854. This could be her.
